Well we dont want to hire heefner, someone whose ceiling is regionals and the occasional super regional

I agree. We shouldn’t hire coaches whose ceilings are super regionals either

About the only coach who hasn't been rumored, then alternately praised or bashed, is the coach at New Jersey Institute of Technology. They made a regional this year, so perhaps his name will come up next, whoever he is.
