There's a rather large difference between being "gluten intolerant" and having celiac disease. Based on this mother's response, I'm going to venture to guess her little precious is "gluten intolerant" along with a bunch of other "intolerances" instead of actual diagnosed diseases.

I'm going to go out on a limb, based on what the woman said, and say her baby farts a lot when it consumes dairy. If it were any worse than that, she would have specified the acute symptoms. People love to talk about how bad some condition that have, is.
