quote:Considering that the Cavs shot about 50% and had an EFG% of about 57% against Durant on 89 attempts, and Lebron was extremely efficient at 56.4% from the field with an EFG% of 61.5%, much more efficient than the rest of the Cavs, I find this hard to believe, unless Durant only guarded Lebron on a few possessions for the entire series.
70% FG when LeBron guarded him. LeBron shot 21% when guarded by Durant.
But that would mean Durant did exceptionally well against the most efficient scorer, and exceptionally poor against far less efficient scorers.

Dirk won that ring with Jason Terry JJ Barea Tyson Chandler and Shawn Marion. Might be the last time we a see 1 real star put a team on his back like that. The role players played really well but it was vs Bron Wade n Bosh. Incredible and as I said maybe last time we see that. Salute to Dirk would not be denied that ring by the heat a second time even if it was a very big talent gap.

I meant it’s moreso fair from the standpoint of it being the lone turd in the punch bowl of his career.

In game 4 vs the Mavs, he scored not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7, but 8 points.

Dude treated the ball like a hot potato when it was crunch time in that series. He hid in the corner like he was Ryan Bowen.

Agreed but do you mean Bruce Bowen?
