Are you using “his” to mean he was the best player?

Sorry, I won't talk with people who think AD was better than Lebron last season. Good luck with that.

Kevin Love in ‘16 probably. But Kyrie did a lot of heavy lifting in that series so maybe it was ‘13 DWade.

I asked who the best player was on his last title team, and you answered with 2016 and 2013. I rest my case.

Funniest things I hear are LeBron lovers over-exaggerating his skills. He is an amazing player, but some idiot national radio host was talking how LeBron is the smartest on-court basketball player ever.

I was in shock at this hyperbole. He has a good bball IQ, but in no way, shape or form is he even in the top 20 of smartest on the court bball players.

FACTS, how do you even measure that? LOL it’s like people seek to diminish others to hype up LeBron out of insecurity, it’s dumb, just be objective about things and stop sucking LeBron’s micropenis.

Yet here you are, responding to me. I was right last year. He carried them.

Davis had to lean on his supporting cast this year and they couldn’t handle the Phoenix Suns. They couldn’t compete with a team that made the playoffs for the first time in over a decade, unless Davis was playing.

AD for Paul George makes sense for everyone, but can two secondary players really will the Lakers into the playoffs?

Well played.

Was the Mavs loss or the absolute bludgeoning he took from the Spurs with Miami the worse loss?

For Lebron, the Mavs obviously.

In that series he was awful. Against the Spurs he played well and couldn't do much to stop the entire Spurs offense at the height of their game.

As little as 3 years ago you were talking about how much better Lebron was compared to MJ...... now please STFU.......
I’ve never argued that Lebron is better than MJ, let alone “that much” better. In fact, while I think Lebron is clearly the greatest player of all time, besides MJ, I think the Mavs series is enough to put MJ above Lebron. But that means it’s close enough where a single finals is the deciding factor, and a close second to MJ is impressive in and of itself.

Are you referencing the game where Kevin Durant took the ball down full court and hit the game deciding bucket in LeBrons face on his homecourt, when the Cavs were defending champs? Kingslayer Day?
Yes. That game. The same game that the Cavs outscored the Warriors by 7 points in Lebron’s almost 46 minutes, but were outscored by 12 in the 2 minutes (and 23 seconds) that Lebron sat. The same game that Warriors were +0 in Durant’s 41 minutes but +5 in the 7 minutes he sat.

Durant had an all-time great Finals series, and was a very deserving MVP. Lebron also had an all time great finals series.

The difference was that the Warriors were the greatest team of all time, so good that they went 18-4 without Durant (including 2-0 in the playoffs); so good that they were almost +10 per 100 possessions in the PLAYOFFS WITHOUT Durant (one of the greatest players of all time) off the court; and so good that Durant was getting easy layups because the Cavs decided to double-team the greatest shooter off all time instead.

So Durant sat against the scrubs. And LeBron played with the second unit?
Cool cool.

But let’s get back to the nitty gritty.

Durant snatches the rebound from Love. LeBrons low defensive IQ doesn’t realIze what’s happening until half court when the supposed best player couldn’t stop the alleged second best player from 35 feet out. When it mattered most

In his grill and in your soul forever. It tortured LeBron so much, his PTSD kicked in the next year and refused to guard Durant in the similar situation leaving it to poor battered JR Smith.

The day he took the Cavs franchise and put it to bed. Never winning another finals game against him.

He became the best player in the league by taking it from the other guy, not by other dudes getting too old.

And now look at your Cavs, back to the losers from a shithole state. With soft teams across the board.

I’m pouring one out for the souls the Slim Reaper claimed that day. Join me in a drink of remembrance! Happy Kingslayer Day friend!

The point is that without Durant, unlike maybe any superstar in history, his team was clearly better than just about any other team in the league except for MAYBE the Cavs.

But with a championship finally.

Not after Kingslayer. And I meant the entire shitty state of Ohio, except for Joe Burrow.

Clearly you’ve watched basketball for a long time, some guys just take the throne, like The Kingslayer did.

70% FG when LeBron guarded him. LeBron shot 21% worse when guarded by Durant.

Slayed him on his homecourt in front his cuckhold Ohio fanbase.

All Hail Durant!
