Nope. The answer is zero cops. Cops should not respond to calls in areas like that because nothing good comes from it. Literally, the only solution to this problem is for black culture to take ownership and LOUDLY denounce the bullshite that BLM is preaching.
The black culture problem won't be fixed until black culture admits that black culture is the problem. When they want to engage in behavior that is compatible with a civilized society, we might see real, meaningful change.

And the ability to do the job without a crooked DA just turning the criminals loose. It's a revolving door that just puts them right back on the streets right now. Why would anyone want to be a cop in NOLA today?
