I was pointing out the fact that Jamarcus has hardly any skill and is riding on the fact that he's a physical freak.
isn't his ability to throw 2.5 miles (your observation) a skill? I thought that arm strength is a skill valued by NFL teams?

I wouldn't call that much of a skill, seeing as he'll hardly ever need to throw the ball 2 miles, unless the NFL decides to change the size of football fields. I was trying to make a point of how athletic Sir Russell is. SKILL would be more like having touch on the football, accuracy, etc (Which he lacks). ARM STRENGTH is just part of being athletic, and obviously JR is just that - ATHLETIC. He lacks most of the SKILLS needed to be a successful NFL quarterback - and the main two being LEADERSHIP and DECISION MAKING.
I like using CAPS and italics by the way.

Matt Flynn's middle name is Moxie.

Statistically he was pretty good, but a fumble and a crucial sack early on showed that he stills makes some of the same mistakes he did at LSU. I love the guy, and think he will be very good at some point, but he still makes critical mistakes. Taking a sack to put your team in 3rd and 15 just cannot happen when you have plenty of time to throw it away.
yeah... none of this had anything to do with the offensive line.

I get what you're saying, I just think that it's ridiculous.

if you think this, you know nothing. he has a good touch and showed it several times last night.

he has the big "c" on his jersey...
meaning the people who know alot more than you think he has a great deal of leadership. what did you observe that tells you he has no leadership?
lemme guess, your just taking shots in the dark at this point.

Well, after watching him play at LSU, it became pretty evident. Also, after hearing him speak at the National Championship game, I find it very hard to believe you can lead a football team without being able to speak the English language.
Once Jamarcus becomes consumed with wealth and realizes he's not cut out to be a NFL quarterback, and thus fades away, get back to me.

He sure does seem skilled at throwing the out pattern and the seem route (and the beautiful fade he threw last night)...what a dumbass observation you make

the sack had nothing to do with the OLINE...he sat back there for about 5 seconds and took a sack

I don't think I've ever seen a fan of a team want one of his former players to fail so poorly.
you are ridiculous.

Plus, he's BLACK!

Give him at least 5 starts before iterating to a fairly firm opinion - and even then you may need more data before you declare something of note.
There will be ups and downs along the way. We all want him to be a success since he is such a good guy from a good family and since he is a Tiger.

I'd rather have 40 million and play for a good team than 65 million and play for a bad one.
so he should have gone as a sophomore and slid further?
leaving after his senior year = #1 pick again and he ends up on the dolphins
