You might get it with a butt load of dehumidifiers, but it will go up after they are removed. I think I remember something like 12% from the 2016 floods.
In all honesty go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and put your moisture meter on a few of the wall studs they have for sale. Id guess that would be the lowest you could expect in our climate.
