Lived there for about a year. It was a quick/cheap option immediately after my divorce but you could tell one did not want to live there long. Big mix of ratchet and young professionals

I lived there in the mid-1990s when I was a student. It was a nice place back then. I also had friends at Place du Plantier, and it was a good apartment complex, too. My friends and I used to tan at that pool where toddlers are being murdered now.
It shocks me how much BR has gone downhill in the past couple of decades. I guess those apartments are now a complete shithole. It breaks my heart that some POS can just start firing a gun into a crowd that includes children. Death penalty is the only option.
