re: Do you make a crawfish dipping sauce?

I don't dip the crawfish in anything for the most part. I like to have some melted butter for the potatoes and corn, if I eat those at all. If I have the melted butter, I sometimes dip some tails in it sort of like having it with lobster. Good stuff, but dipping slows me down.

Lots of folks like the mayo, ketchup, worcestershire etc... mixture.

A cocktail sauce mixture would be good if you like to dip.
