I mean there's the option of not buying anything from the concession stand. It's how I've mostly done movies my whole life. I love popcorn, but I'm not paying $10 for a small bag of it.

Never understood that complaint. The theaters are pretty lenient about you bringing snacks in. We bring jackets with us even in the hottest weather. Bottle in one pocket and snacks in the other. Besides, the theaters in Baton Rouge have shitty popcorn.
