This made sense to you?

A single mother with 3 kids, buys gas at $2.55 to go to work everyday. Without warning a pipeline goes down. Immediately every station in town goes to $10 to curb hoarding.

Guess what? The most desperate among us cant shell out $10 for gas, while she waits for the pipeline to come back on line. Her kids dont eat very well, if she does that

Your desperate single mom can maybe only afford a third of a tank with gouging, and maybe she can still get to work a few more days before running out.

Or there’s no gouging and the supply runs completely dry because of retard hoarders and she can’t get to work at all

A third of a tank is about 7 gallons or $70. Thats about 2 days of work in La at min. wage, after taxes etc.

So what the hell does it even matter if she can get to work those 2 days? Shes not 1 penny better off. Its far, far better to sit at home with no gas, and not pay for day care
