It's pretty culty for many.
But I voted for him. I don't know about the best President of my lifetime, but it was refreshing in many ways. My favorite thing about Trump was his willingness to question and depart from the "swamp's" conventional wisdom, which often led eventually to everyone just kind of going - well yeah, why didn't we do this before?
Unfortunately, Trump the man is highly flawed and it was constantly two steps forward one step back. We can blame some of that on media, but a lot of it rests with his own vanity/narcissism. Trump left a lot of things unfinished - attributable both to his own inability to finish/lead and the complete absence of help in many cases.
Ideally we'd find someone who will use the Trump playbook without having his entire sense of worth connected to said playbook. Remains to be seen if that's possible, but I like what I'm hearing from a Trump-influenced DeSantis.

And for all his faults, Trump received more votes of any Republican in history. Trump not only captured his 2016 base, he greatly expanded upon it by over 12 million votes.
Trump indeed received more votes in a presidential election ever with the exception of the dementia ward escapee — whose vote count was padded by untold millions of fraudulent votes.
And not a damn thing is going to be done about this unprecedented fraud. Think long and hard about that next time you step in a voting booth to pull the lever for a Repube.
