Tri Tip steak

I kept hearing about tri-tip steak and wanted to see what the fuss was about. Not gonna lie, it was fantastic. Just seasoned it with some kosher salt, meath church holy cow, and meat church lemon pepper. Super tender and great flavor.
Unfortunately, I only let it rest for about 7 mins... probably needed another 5 mins of rest, but still tasted great.
