So now you are crawfishing to SSMS again....like I said I don't see anywhere where it is documented that it isn't allowed. It could be server documents that we don't have access to.
However, you should change you post to say "MS SQL Server Management Tools".

Only specific software is allowed. Any software that isn't explicitly listed is not allowed.
