Oceans 12 is a really good movie.

Agreed. It’s the best use of the medium of TV. If you wanted every question answered I understand your disappointment. If you were watching for a character study, it’s brilliant.

Agreed. If you realize that they knew the con, before the Frenchie even knew what he was going to propose as a heist, it’s fairly brilliant. It was just shown in a bit too artsy way.
And I don’t hate on the Julia Robert’s cameo. It’s not something you can do easily or often but I didn’t mind it.
Another hill of my own: I think that there should be awards for best executed movie. Sometimes there are movies that are just done so brilliantly and executed to a perfect picture of the director but don’t lend themselves to award season.
Crazy Stupid Love
Tropic Thunder
Catching Fire
21 Jump Street
Wind River
Dredd
About Time
Mad Max: Fury Road
Warrior
Riddick
Everything about those movies are perfect to me from a directorial standpoint. Most have critical acclaim, but they just seem to be movies where I completely get what the director was going for. They don’t drag at all.
