I worked in UI for a while.

The average reading level of a UI filer is 8th grade (and I think that needs to be re-evaluated, needs to be lowered))

Most UI people are regulars, they don't plan for anything except work enough to qualify for UI. They don't care about next month, its all about today.

If I’m hiring tight now, any employment gap of Jan - May 2021 would be a non starter for me.
