Yeah dial it back. Heavy lifting 4 days in a row won't give them any time to recover. Give them some rest days between lifts. Prioritze technique first, especially with the freshmen. Focus on rotational exercises and explosive movements

Forgot to mention this is with the schools strength and conditioning coach so I have zero say in the matter. Just never heard of no rest days or some sort of split program.
