Do what? If they’re paying $8 and in business, then supply is meeting demand. If they pay a penny more, then they shouldn’t be in business.

You're obviously naive regarding economic issues.
It's simply put, the process of supply and demand. If an employer offering $11.00 an hour can't find help, how in hell will one offering $7.25?
