No one is telling their realtor that area is a no-go because of 30 minutes of potential noise every couple weeks

Thirty minutes potentially every few weeks?

It’s an active helicopter pad that’s used daily

So what? Try living within a few miles of a major airport or the Texas Medical Center. Helicopters and planes go overhead all the time. Helicopters traveling from regional airports to the Texas Medical Center go over my house all the time. Yet property values keep going up because people keep moving here for work.

Sometimes when there's a low or loud helicopter, I'll check FlightAware out of curiosity and see that it's going from a suburban or small town airport to the medical center. Never once have I thought, "someone should sue them for the minor distraction of hearing them transport someone in dire need of emergency medical attention." You'd have to be an incredibly entitled piece of shite to worry about that.

I wonder if they'll also file suit against the fighter jets that buzz the area almost daily
