Not surprising that a part of the allegations is that forcing his acquisitions to service his other businesses ended badly. You could see that some of the businesses he went after were going to end up to be the "Sign Company" or "Apparel Company" for his portfolio. Keeping costs down for him across the board, while the new company had to accept whatever pricing was given to them.
