People keep pointing to his turnovers while he was in Tampa, but when he was there he had poor offensive coaching and a poor offensive line. I think it would be safe to say that at least half of those INTs wasn't even his fault with either the pressure hitting him, deflected passes, and the ball bouncing off of his receiver hands. Despite that he still managed to throw over 5,000 yards that year.
With Winston having a year to learn under Brees and Sean Payton, the offense will go back to being explosive again because we'll be able to push the ball down the field.
