Not directly for vaccine injury, generally speaking. In most scenarios you have to file a claim with a vaccine injury compensation program and can sometimes be compensated via an indirect route. And even then the burden of proof is high, as you can usually only be compensated for poorly manufactured vaccines (ie mistakes in the production line) and not side effects/consequences of the normal vaccine formulation.

When you take a vaccine you are accepting a baseline level of risk and we protect manufacturers from people who attempt to renig on the deal
