No they can certainly still fail. It may not be catastrophic, but they can wilt and die. Right now the machine is rolling along mostly because they continue to put out decent watchable popcorn flicks. If they go full woke and start writing nonsense just to prove their wokeness. You clearly don't understand the majority of people that are huge Marvel fans lean more left to begin with. I guarantee you that Marvel won't fail because a few republicans don't like their "Wokeness"
