I dated one of these CINOs for a short time. She explained that as long as she wasn't getting an abortion or performing one, she was "good". Being in favor of abortion were other people's choices, so who was she to deny them their right to choose.

This. You can be pro-life in a 70% pro-choice country and people will still respect it. It doesn’t make you any less pro-life.
