This is a simple one if you're on the jury. Send those guys away for what they did, but refuse to convict them for bad thoughts. Hang that jury on that count and jury nullify the frick out of thoughtcrime. And, if the state charges in such a way that nullifying the thoughtcrime sets those assholes free, well, so be it. Maybe the state will quit doing that shite if enough juries mushroom stamp them.
