while these guys are shitstains, I'd love to see a constitutional challenge on this. This is a thoughtcrime.
This is like being charged with 1st degree murder, but then an extra charge because you "really meant" to kill them because of race.

Stare decisis. Read the Rehnquist opinion in Wisconsin v. Mitchell it was a unanimous decision.
