Yep. I'm probably just going to have to rent somewhere and hope that I can rent out my house in BR to keep the mortgage paid. It seems like I'd come out way behind if I tried to sell my house in BR and buy something uptown despite my house in BR, I'm sure, selling for a substantial profit.

I'm not sure I'd buy here right now. Even though I have said this for a long time and keep getting it wrong.
