I'd be ok with moving up for Surtain, Horn, or Farley.
I feel like Newsome is worth the 28th pick.
I feel like Asante Samuel Jr. isn't worth the 28th pick. He seems like an early 2nd rounder to me.

If Surtain is available when the Broncos pick at the 9th spot, I could see the Saints trading up to get him.
With Teddy Bridgewater on the Broncos roster, the Saints could offer their 2021 1st round pick, 2022 1st round pick and Taysom Hill to the Broncos.
The Broncos could run the Saints offense with Teddy and use TH as the gadget man or starter.
This takes into consideration that all the quality QB draft choices are off the board for the Broncos at the 9th spot.
