Nope. $1263/kbf today. They are down from the all time high but creeping up. It should start dropping at some point in the year but won’t be back to pre-Covid levels in a while, maybe ever.

I have so much stuff that I want to build around the house, but choose not to due to the prices.

Just out if curiosity, what were the ‘normal’ prices pre COVID?

I tend to agree. People are still buying at the price it is now and will continue to.

It was up to $1502/kbf today. September futures are at $1090 so the market is betting on lower prices. I may sell a few futures contracts if it gets much higher but don’t want a margin call if things go haywire.
