Yea employees are the people I feel most sorry for with this whole mandate thing.

Wearing one inside of a grocery store or whatever business for 20 minutes doesn't bother me. But if I had to wear one for an entire 9 hour shift all day everyday it would probably drive me hysterical.

The constant, unceasing headaches from the elastic pulling on your ears and the mask pushing into your face are the hardest part. My face has hurt for a year straight.

It also sucks not getting to see the faces of the people you've worked with - whether it's new hires or people you've worked with few years. No smiles, no laughs, no frowns the cue you into them.

Everything from corporate has signaled that they are never going away for employees - until the CDC says they aren't necessary, they have to stay. The number they quoted to us in a Q&A was minimum 90% vaccinated. But I think those and health/temp checks are literally never going away.

You are screwed! If 70% gets vaccinated I would be impressed.
