For your swing speed I am surprised that they put you in a 50 gram stiff shaft.
You can handle a 70 or 80 gram fairway wood shaft easily.
Typically the heavier the shaft the flatter the ballflight.
On your hybrid, really depends on your average course conditions and do you want the ball to soar high and land softly or do you want a flatter stronger trajectory ?

Pivoting off this thread...I'm also interested in getting a new 3 wood. Would it be dumb to pay for a fitting just for a 3 wood? I've never been fitted before, but I also don't have interest (or the budget) to get a new driver and irons for at least a couple more years.
