Well, it's his family. He wants what is best for him... plus, you don't know the context.
What if the context is this:
"I don't know if I want to visit LSU anymore," Loston.
"If I would have taken all my visits, I may have made a different decision. I wouldn't rule out LSU," Shep.
You never know. Obviously, that's hypothetical... but I wouldn't read too much into the quote.

Loston coach is a big reason he wasn't looking at a lot of schools the guy brainwashes his kids he hates the horns that why we didn't get a visit until he left for Ft.Bend where is brainwashing Toney Hurd to go to A&M.

We're sitting pretty with Hurd, for now. I still think it's an LSU/UT battle for Loston. I still say we have a slight lead.

I thought he visited Texas and left without an offer? It would seem more likely that Shepard would've told him that if he hadn't taken his final visit he would've committed to Texas.
