His recruitment has been very quiet, but most though he would be committing/signing with FSU yesterday....then he didn't.

That obviously didn’t happen today which is good news for the other teams still in the mix.

A national recruiting source tells Pittsburgh Sports Now that he believes this is down to three teams- (no order) Pitt, Florida State and LSU. Our source tells us that he believes Ohio State is out and that “Virginia has been out for months.” The program that might benefit from this delay is LSU, which we’re told has made up a lot of ground recently with Reid.

Pitt and FSU have been involved for a longtime. LSU (whose staff has deep ties to Virginia, were Reid is from, is the "late comer"). Presumably if he was going to pick FSU he would have done that yesterday. It seemed to surprise everyone that he postponed his decision. So you have to wonder "what changed" literally in the course of 12 days after his mom said he would be announcing his decision on 4/15? Seemingly, the only new team in the mix is LSU.

He may ultimately end up at FSU. Many kids may waiver at the very end only to end up sticking with who they were expected to chose. But it seems like the only logical reason he would postpone his decision is that he is, at least, strongly considering LSU.
