I drove past it several times at night amd it just had a sinister feel to itZ. Like a 1940’s horror film could be shot there perfectly. I never knew much about the history of it and always intended to look it up. May do that tonight.

I briefly worked with a gut that had just left his previous job as a prison guard. He said he worked at LTI or Vinson (whatever the name as the last few years) and regulates and granted to move to Angola.. He said Angola was a much more peaceful place because those prisoners has accepted their fate while the youngsters were still full of piss and vinivar amd fighting each other amd the guards every damn day.
