Does it? If still law can’t the police still arrest people for it and shouldn’t they keep arresting if still part of law? That’s their job. DA has another.

I disagree with police and DA not following law. The law should be changed by the respective legislative body not police, DA, mayor, and so on.

It is still illegal.

You can still be arrested for possession.

DA is just going to drop the charges when it gets to them.
