He wasnt "just resisting". He had expired tags which caused the traffic stop. They ran his license, like they do with everybody. He had an outstanding warrant for gross misdemeanor carrying a pistol without a permit and misdemeanor fleeing police.

I mean he did everything wrong. Did the cop frick up? Yeah. She did. But don't put yourself in that situation. So much of this is avoidable.

Buy fricking inspection stickers. Show up to fricking court. Don't run from the cops. This isn't rocket science.
