It might only if Few changed his recruiting and maybe helps him figure out defensive strategy in big games. Right now his recruiting only makes them look like Chips Oregon Ducks, lots of good numbers in a weaker conference but could never handle a team that was equally as athletic and stronger.

Overtime winners in the NCAA tourney are 8-19 in their next game over the last several years. Emotional exhaustion may be a thing.
