Can someone well versed in COD and Microsoft store help me?

Modern warfare was marked down 25% so I bought it. In my installation queue it shows Warzone and a bunch of add ons for Modern Warfare (campaign, multiplayer etc). When everything finished downloading the finished product was very confusing. It is the Warzone emblem with a tiny “MW” in the corner, indicating to me the two games are combined somehow. When I open it, Warzone is plastered everywhere. I am not interested in Warzone, I don’t like Warzone, I never wanted Warzone. When I get to main screen it is saying I need to download a bunch of extra shite for modern warfare to even play it, that is all downloading now and it is taking forever. Can someone with some experience with this explain to me wtf is going on? This is entirely confusing. I am able to play Warzone but not the fricking game I ordered, wtf

You're required to install a laundry list of download packs in order to play Campaign and regular Multiplayer. They basically treat Warzone as the product with MW and CW as add-ons. Classic Activision bullshite

Stupid as hell. It was advertised to me as Modern Warfare being on sale and then I got nothing but Warzone horseshite. Took forever to download too and I didn’t even get the game I thought I was getting. There’s multiplayer pack 1 and 2, add on and support pack shite, it’s really confusing and I don’t even know if I’m downloading the right shite, I’m just downloading it all.

if you spent money, you got MW. you just downloaded WZ along with it. WZ is free.

Just confused why it prioritized downloading Warzone over everything else, especially the game I actually paid for and was intending to get by itself.

when you downloaded the individual files, they should've told you what they were for.
File 1 - Campaign
File 2 - Spec Ops
File 3 - Multiplayer
File 4 - Warzone
File 5 - HD Textures 1
File 6 - HD Textures 2
or some form of bullshite like that.

All of this is correct. You have to install multi packs that are free to play Multiplayer and Campaign

You do not need WZ or Campaign to play MP. I get a message all the time to download campaign and i just ignore it and play WZ

The whole point of my post was that I don’t want to play Warzone and thought I was downloading MW and I didn’t get any MW stuff, all Warzone
