It's questionable to me that a relatively new business would like to be a direct competitor in a small market, rather than building a stand alone location in a similar small market like New Orleans or Lafayette without any competition. Why build one so close? It's an interesting business model. I guess we will see if the market can support 2 of these places.

The correct answer should be the Northshore

Get all of Hammond/Mandeville/ Slidell to go to that one plus some baws from the Sip. And the baws in Denham/Walker will have their choice

The same reason you see McDonalds and Burger King next to each other. Its the fast food model.
