Those “youths” will be back out on the street in a week killing more. The juvi system needs a rewrite. And, I’m not ignoring Louisiana. If those kids were in this state, they’d be out next week, too.

See my thread on the two "youths" who carjacked adn killed the Uber driver in DC. Nothing: no jail time and probation until they turn 21.

Waiting to hear a statement from the youth's parents(especially his father) about how embarrassed they are their son acted in this manner.
