re: Anyone have Long Covid?

Had Covid and pneumonia simultaneously in January, 40 years old, 6’1” fluctuate between 185-88, 4 years military, 3 years D1 athlete (wrestling).

I still struggle with my “wind.” I still can’t run for more than 32-36 straight at a sub 8’ pace. In January 2020, I ran a marathon in 3:25. Strength came back slowly at first but now at similar numbers as before.

I’m being treated as basically an asthmatic by my primary care physician with mixed results. It is what it is, open everything.
