AGREED, He was caught POS.
DISAGREE, the POS would be alive had he not attacked the redneck with the gun. Had he just accepted he had been caught, he would still be "jogging" to the pawn shop weekly

The guy might have thought I’ve got one chance to save my life. Being chased and having guns drawn on you by civilians is different then being arrested by cops
