You need more education. I’m technically qualified for both.
The angle is this: Someone said teachers are dictatorial. I disagree. I know myself and others.
Then someone used the college level as an example. That’s unfair. Teachers and Professors are very different. Not only are professors far more liberal and leaders in Critical Race theory, they view interaction with students as secondary to research (Granted, I’m generalizing here).
90% of high school teachers could not even tell you what CRT is. Thankfully, I can (again I’m qualified to be both). But all I try to do is interact with students, show them what personal motivation looks like, teach them how to spend and invest responsibly, and have a good bit of fun. Sooo....NOT a dictator.
College profs: possibly dictators (to use the word from the original post).
