Are NFL teams willing to completely build around Field's strengths? A team like Arizona, even Baltimore were happy to completely change their system. Even then, can't see that it has gotten them very far in the playoff.

The 49ers system doesn't seem as friendly for these exclusive RPO spread guys. If they want a QB that fits what they like to do, philosophically speaking, Fields isn't that guy.

Fields ran less RPOs than any of the top 5 QBs in this draft.

Shanahan is a brilliant offensive coach. He built the Redskins offense around Griffin's running ability the year he won ROY.

He wouldn't try and pigeonhole Fields into a specific system. He would tailor the offense around Fields's strengths. Good coaches do this for their QBs. I actually think that if anyone can make Fields a star in the NFL, it would be Shanahan.
