Not a powerlifter. And I don’t run because I hate it. I prefer to work conditioning in other ways.

Im not being a dick, but are you really doing conditioning or are you saying you are doing conditioning because you push a sled wait 5 minutes and then push a sled again?

Likewise, always hated distance running and never really saw the point for my purposes. Even when I was a 135# soccer player I thought it was totally pointless and pure torture.
