I got the Moderna vaccine, I was around my boss who had COVID (was 2 weeks ago). I'm fine, so I think it works pretty well

I haven’t been vaccinated yet. I’ve been around three people who’d had Covid recently. I was also in the Beau Rivage The Weeknd Mississippi supposedly opened up. I haven’t caught Covid.
Does that Mean the vaccine isn’t necessary?
