Well, for Forde, it is technically libel, not slander. That said, they are skirting a fine line and I would love to see someone take these guys to task for it. As long as they have not said/written anything that can be proven as false, they can get away with it. But I would think that if any of the things that they have "reported" can be proven to be fabricated the Cisse situation and the timing of when these posts were released can clearly be shown to have resulted in damages to LSU.
