I would be very tempted to just troll these people if I were him. He should just smile through his teeth at them and do a shitty job on purpose. Don't deny any of the requests. But bake an edible, yet not great cake. Do all of the decorations they want. Just make them terrible. They want boobs and a penis? Fine. It's going to look like I drew them in microsoft paint using the mouse with my off hand. Pay in advance and then hand them a shitty cake. Problem? Well I did my best. I haven't drawn a dick since high school. Oh well.
