He should be free to say no to any custom good or service if he is foolish enough to turn down business.

Now, a standardized product on a retail shelf or case is a different story. I’m sure he has cakes that are already made in his shop that those people can buy and decorate themselves.

na, he should be able to turn down any business he chooses. Stupid as frick to do so, but i support his right to be retarded when it comes to business.

the government has no right to tell you who to serve, just as they have no right to tell you what the minimum is you can accept for your services to a business. None of their fricking business.
