I’m not exactly sure about the details of what happened in their contract negotiations, but didn’t they pretty much choose a crappy payment structure which ended up being low risk, low reward, thus their payment was lower than its potential? Had they structured it like the men did, wouldn’t they taken a higher risk for a potentially higher reward? So, the only real thing standing in the way of women reaching their potential is women, which is not surprising.

Yeah. The women get a guaranteed pay that stretches out the whole year. Comes with full benefits.

The men are basically contract mercenaries. They make more the more they advance. And no benefits. They play a game, they get a paycheck.

The women negotiated their own contract. They should be bitching themselves out.
